Accom Holidays was established more than 25 years ago, born from Brent Pilkington’s vision to create a dedicated, professional holiday rental service for the Central Coast. Backed by extensive hospitality experience spanning hotel and motel ownership and holiday management both locally and internationally, the business began with just six properties and a small team committed to delivering genuine care and exceptional service.
Today, Accom Holidays stands as the Central Coast’s premier holiday and short-stay accommodation specialist, proudly managing hundreds of quality holiday homes and apartments across the region. Our offering extends beyond holidays, with high-end furnished permanent rentals and a growing lifestyle property sales division, each supported by a team known for professionalism, local knowledge, and an unwavering commitment to quality.

Brent Pilkington
PrincipalBrent has called the Central Coast home since the age of 3. Having travelled extensively to over 50 countries, Brent firmly believes Terrigal and its surrounds are some of the most beautiful places in the world. Brent is friendly, easy-going and always happy to chat about real estate and the property market. At age 21 Brent owned Terrigal Beach House, a hostel and apartment complex. After selling the land to a developer, Brent moved on to purchase other investments, including Tiarri Terrigal boutique motel in 2008. Accom Holidays launched in 2006, offering premium holiday rental properties. Today Brent is the director of the Accom Group, specialising in sales, holiday rentals and fully furnished premium rentals with offices in Terrigal, Avoca and Ettalong Beach.-
